How do I invite my clients to join Promis?

The benefits of using Promis as a supplier grow exponentially the more clients are using the same platform.

To invite more CLIENTS go to the hamburger menu on the top right and select the menu item 'SEND INVOICES' and click on 'INVITE CLIENTS'.



You are redirected to a page where you can tailor an email to send to your clients.


Promis will have uploaded your contacts from your accounting software. From this list you can:
  1. Search for a particular contact to invite into Promis.
  2. Select a number of contacts to mass invite into Promis.
  3. Fill in an email address for those clients who didn't have one in the accounting software.
  4. Add a contact that wasn't in your accounting software.



Then click 'SEND' to invite them into Promis.
