How do I get support for using Promis?

There are a number of ways that you can get support from the Promis team.

1. Self-help using the Support knowledgebase

Answers to many of your questions can be addressed immediately by going to the 'Support' area of the Promis website. It is in the menu at the top of the Promis web page.



If you cannot find an answer to your question there, you can send in a support request by scrolling down the page and clicking on the 'Submit a ticket' button.


2. Send Promis a support request from within Promis

Use the hamburger menu on the top right to select 'SUPPORT'. This takes you to the Support request page.



From here you can type a support request and email it to the Promis support team.



If the support team need to look at your Promis account transactions directly you will be asked to invite Promis support into your organisation. You can do that from this page by clicking on the 'Invite Promis Support' button.



3. Send the Promis support team an email from your email program

If you want to add a lot more information to your support request - for example, screengrabs, attachments, URLs - then it may be best to email the support team from your email program.
